Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items — If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@butterflybotanicals.store with your order number, product name, and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including free return shipping where required.

General Returns — Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed products. All sales are final except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items — Opened supplements, items with broken seals, and sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Refunds — Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations — Contact us at support@butterflybotanicals.store as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
